Evernote: for Notetaking on the iPhone and having those notes available on your computer as well. There's a limit in the free version to the amount of data uploaded/synced, but it's enough for most people perhaps. Best yet, it does notes in all sorts of ways [written, image/photo, verbal] == the other day I wanted to remember something and it was a heck of a lot easier to go to Evernote on my iPhone and dictate an aural note. It then syncs and I went to my office and opened up and listened to the note and did what had to be done.
It holds documents [I'm using PDFs] in color images and you can tab and search for them. It also apparently does an iSight Note - just tried it, took picture added to Evernote easily. You can email out items in your Evernote using Mail.
