We'll see how well it works tonight when I do a presentation, but there is a 99¢ program at the iTunes Store called "Keynote Remote" which, once paired with your comptuer's Keynote program will let you control the slideshow/program using your iPhone. You swipe right to move ahead and swipe left to move back.
I don't totally get the hang of it yet, but hope to tonight.
